Cam Newton is being sued for allegedly throwing parties and causing damage in excess of $100k to a multi-million dollar rental property. The rental agreement stated that no more than eight guests were to stay in the home and no parties were to be held. Property managers are suing for the cost to fix damaged property and two months of lost rental income to the tune of $270k. Newton states that he did not breach his rental contract agreement. The housekeeper reported the damages and multiple parties to the rental company during Newton’s rental period.
This is a great example of an enterprise risk.
