Anton Yelchin, best known for playing Chekov in the new Star Trek films, has died after his vehicle rolled and pinned him against a brick mailbox pillar and security fence. The Jeep Cherokee involved in the accident was one of 1.1 million Fiat Chrysler vehicles worldwide subject to the recall. His 2015 Cherokee featured an uncommon type of electronic gear selector vs. a lever with notches or specific positions for each.
This is a great example of an enterprise risk.
