Kellogg’s launched a criminal probe after a graphic video surfaced showing a man urinating on a factory assembly line. Kellogg learned of the video and immediately alerted law enforcement authorities and regulators. The company also claims that the FDA is looking further into the incident as the FDA will not confirm or deny their investigation but assure consumers that they take seriously their mission to public safety. The company states that they are outraged by this incident and are still working to identify the individual in the video.
