A New Mexico firm has recalled their beef product that was incorrectly produced and shipped with the mark of inspection.
The problem was discovered after a friend of an FSIS (U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service) inspector purchased the product at a liquor store in Albuquerque, and the inspector recognized that the product should not bear the mark of inspection.
